My name is Rachel Williams and I have been teaching at KCS since 2003. I am a graduate of KCS and it is an honor and privelege to teach the Word of God to my middle school students. In sixth grade we study Genesis - II Samuel, and in seventh we finish up the Old Testament, beginning with II Samuel and ending with Malachi. In eighth grade, we study the entire New Testament.
As for my education, I have a bachelor's degree in theatre from Butler University, a Masters of Ministry in Evangelism and Church Planting and a Masters of Divinity in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Bible Seminary, the graduate school of Cincinnati Christian University. I have also been ordained into the ministry by Kingsway Christian Church.
I love teaching Bible because it allows me to show the students how important Christ is to their lives. Middle schoolers are at such a great age to learn timeless truths and I love their questions and their excitement about studying God's Word.
