The Investment of Christian Education [Back to top]
Throughout its history, KCS has continued to partner with Christian parents for the very best education for their children/our students. We believe very emphatically that the Bible gives the parents the primary responsibility for the complete, comprehensive education of their children. However, just as there were teachers and synagogue schools in Christ’s day, Kingsway Christian School exists to help parents provide a great Christian education for their students in today’s society. Our parents’ goals and KCS’s goals are to provide each child the best in-depth and all-around training possible. Each teacher has a background and education that prepares him/her to focus on a particular age group or subject matter and give in-depth learning experiences that incorporate a Biblical worldview. With teachers and parents supporting each other, every child will have a much better chance at achieving their fullest potential.
By choosing a Christian education, parents make a conscious choice of sacrificing for their children to experience an educational system that is based on God’s Truth. They want their children to learn Biblical decision-making skills that will carry them throughout their lives. While some decisions in life are fairly black and white, there are many more that are not so clear and require a foundation that does not change or compromise traditional, family, or Biblical values.
An expense is something that, over time, decreases in value. An investment is something that, over time, increases in value and Christian education is certainly an investment. It will pay dividends, not only during your lifetime through your children, but through the principles and values they, in turn, will teach their children and hand down to following generations.

The Enrollment Process [Back to top]
To enroll your child at Kingsway Christian School, simply bring or mail the completed Enrollment Application, along with the Registration Fee to the KCS school office. Upon receipt, we will add your child’s name to the list, begin arranging for testing (grades 1-8) and process all the needed paperwork. Upon test completion, a final meeting will be scheduled between you and the appropriate school principal to go over any final questions, concerns or special needs.
Registration Fees [Back to top]
Registration Fees must be paid at the time of application and are NON-REFUNDABLE unless student is not accepted for enrollment or applicant withdraws from the waiting list before an opening is available.
Tuition [Back to top]
Tuition is payable in 12 monthly direct debit installments beginning June 5th or 20th, or 4 quarterly direct debit installments, beginning June 5th, or 1 annual payment by June 1. Annual payments receive a 5% discount.
All accounts are subject to a $25 service fee for all returned debits or checks.
Tuition rates are based on participation for the entire school year, then divided into 12 months. Payments will be refigured for late enrollment.
A Note About Tuition Fees [Back to top]
Because of the support of Kingsway Christian Church and school fundraising efforts, KCS continues to be one of the most affordable yet complete Christian school programs around. Without these, on average, tuition would run around $130 more per month, per student.
Waiting Lists [Back to top]
At times, Kingsway has waiting lists for classes that have more applicants than we have openings, so we do utilize a waiting list. If a student wishes to be added to the list, we must have their enrollment
application and the one-time registration fee on file. Students can remain on the list for as long as they wish and will advance up the list in order, as openings become available. If for any reason a student wishes to be removed from the list before an opening becomes available, their name will be removed and the registration fee will be refunded.
Book Fees [Back to top]
The cost of most of the student books are included as part of the tuition fee.
Discounts [Back to top]
Discounts and balances will be calculated minus the cost of student books. Example: for a family who qualifies for a 20% discount, the cost of books will be subtracted from the tuition price, the discount applied, then the cost of the books re-added to the new tuition figure. The new balance can then be paid in monthly, quarterly or annual payments.
Tuition Assistance [Back to top]
In order to make a Christian education available to as many families as possible, Kingsway Christian School sets aside funds to assist families who are in need of tuition assistance for any full day program. Based on the recommendations of a third-party service, KCS will do whatever possible to help. Any family can apply for tuition assistance by first enrolling at KCS, then filling out an application for tuition assistance. Application can be made on-line or by picking up a form at the school office. The application deadline for tuition assistance is
April 15th.
Referral Credit [Back to top]
A one-time credit of $100 or $200 per student is available to any KCS family or staff member who is significantly responsible for recruiting a new family to KCS. Contact the school office for details on this beneficial opportunity! (K-8th grade only.)
